SHIPPING POLICY:
Elegant Factory Direct Jewellers provides a tracking number for all shipped items. Orders must exceed $99 CAD pre-tax to qualify for Free Shipping within Canada. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier:
Canada: Shipments via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS may take 4-12 business days, with rural areas potentially experiencing longer delivery times.
USA: Shipments to the United States via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS may take 4-14 Business Days for Continental USA, with longer delivery times for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
International: Currently, Elegant Factory Direct Jewellers does not accept orders outside Canada and the USA. Note: Elegant Factory Direct Jewellers reserves the right to refuse shipping to any order.
RETURN POLICY:
Elegantjewellers.ca allows 30 days for return of regular and sale priced merchandise for a full refund starting from the day the merchandise was received by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.Please note that IN STORE return policies are different from ON LINE store purchases. Visit our store for more IN STORE policy details.
Elegantjewellers.ca is not responsible for return shipping costs including any additional shipping fee’s such as customs duties, courier brokerage etc.. If a package is returned due to wrong address provided or any issues due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the package is declined by the customer at delivery all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Items being returned must not be worn, altered, or damaged. Items must have their original tags. All products must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, elegantjewellers.ca has the right to deny refunds if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Returns cannot be dropped off at the store location. All returns have to be mailed to the address provided. If the return is dropped off at the store there may be a $25 return handling fee deducted from the return.
RE-STOCKING FEES:
If the item is returned in used, damaged, altered or not in original condition with all tags and packaging intact Elegant Factory Direct Jewellers will charge a RE-STOCKING FEE of 25% of the original price OR at its own discretion deny the return for used, altered or not in original condition items sent back.
Unfortunately, elegantjewellers.ca is unable to provide online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style or price, we recommend first sending the item back for a full refund (if return falls under the above requirements/time frame), then purchase your desired item through the website as a separate transaction.
Returns must be authorized by Elegantjewellers.ca in advance. Customers must contact us prior to proceeding with return by emailing elegantjewelers.ca and you will be provided with a return authorization number as well as return shipping instructions. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned. Elegantjewellers.ca is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggests using a courier service that provides a tracking number.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may cancel or modify their order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact Elegant Factory Direct Jewellers via their customer service telephone number or email address.

SALES TAX:
Note: Some items may not be eligible for shipping outside Canada. In such cases, customers will be notified, and if the credit card is charged, a full refund will be issued.
